At Exotic Hardwood Floorings, we are committed to providing high-quality hardwood flooring products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale.

Once products have been sold, delivered, picked up, or accepted by the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any flooring products, including but not limited to:

• Hardwood Flooring
• Engineered Hardwood Flooring
• Luxury Vinyl Flooring
• Laminate Flooring
• Stair Components
• Moldings and Trim
• Underlayment and Installation Materials
• Special Order Products
• Clearance or Sale Items

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their product selection, quantity requirements, color, style, specifications, and measurements before completing their purchase.

No Exchanges

Exotic Hardwood Floorings does not offer exchanges for products that have already been purchased, delivered, or picked up. Please ensure that your selected flooring product meets your project requirements before placing your order.

No Refunds

All payments made to Exotic Hardwood Floorings are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Excess material ordered by the customer
• Project cancellation or delay
• Installation issues caused by improper site conditions
• Customer dissatisfaction related to product appearance after installation

Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery or pickup. Any visible damage, manufacturing defects, or discrepancies must be reported before installation and within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Do not install any product that appears damaged or defective. Installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the product’s condition and quality.

Special Orders

All custom orders, special orders, and non-stock products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds through Exotic Hardwood Floorings.
